The pans in your cabinet

Every pan has a catch. This one doesn't.

Coated pans last as long as their coating. Uncoated ones are heavy or sticky. Kitchi is neither.

Kitchi Titanium SeriesNo coating

Kitchi Titanium Series

A titanium honeycomb cooking surface with nothing on top: PTFE-free, PFAS-free, nothing to flake into your food. Metal utensils, the oven and the dishwasher are all fine.

Coated nonstickFlakes

Coated nonstick

Scratches within a year or two and starts to peel. Keep metal utensils far away.

Granite & stoneStill a coating

Granite & stone

Sounds like stone, but it's a coating too. It chips at the rim and peels wherever it scratches.

CeramicWears thin

Ceramic

A thin coating. Where it cracks, the aluminum underneath shows through and food starts to stick.

Cast ironHeavy · rusts

Cast iron

Hard to lift one-handed. Leave it wet and it rusts; it needs regular seasoning.

Stainless steelSticks

Stainless steel

No coating, but eggs grab the bottom. It wants plenty of oil and a good scrub.

First time cooking on it

1 Wash and dry

Use warm soapy water, then dry.

2 Warm on medium for 60 seconds

A minute of preheating is all it asks for.

3 Add a little oil or butter

A little is enough.

4 Cook, flip, scrape — metal is fine

The honeycomb protects the surface.

FAQ

Is it really PTFE-free and PFAS-free?

Yes. There's no PTFE (Teflon-type) coating on the cooking surface, and no PFAS is used.

Will eggs stick?

Warm the pan on medium, add a little butter or oil, and eggs slide. Like any pan that isn't coated, it rewards a minute of preheating.

Can I use metal utensils?

Yes. Metal spatulas, whisks and tongs are fine. The honeycomb protects the surface.

Does it work on induction?

Yes, plus gas, electric and ceramic. It's oven-safe too.

Is it dishwasher-safe?

Yes. Hand washing keeps the finish looking new longer, but the dishwasher won't hurt it.

Which size should I get?

10" for eggs and one or two people, 11" for everyday cooking, 12" for families and big batches. Most people start with 11".

How fast is shipping?

Free on every US order, delivered in 3–5 business days. You'll get tracking by email.

What if I don't love it?

You have 90 days. Return it even if you've cooked with it, and we'll refund you in full. Return shipping is on us in the contiguous US.

What does the warranty cover?

10 years against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, discoloration and misuse aren't covered.

Is it heavy?

It's heavier than a thin nonstick pan and lighter than cast iron.
