First time cooking on it

1. Wash and dry
2. Warm on medium for 60 seconds
3. Add a little oil or butter
4. Cook, flip, scrape — metal is fine

Everyday care

Heat on medium for a minute, add a little oil or butter, then cook. Let it cool before washing. Dishwasher-safe; hand washing keeps it looking new longer. Season occasionally with a thin layer of oil.

Cooktops & oven

Gas, electric, ceramic and induction. Oven-safe.
