Free standard shipping on every US order. No minimum and no extra fees at delivery.

Delivery time

• Orders are delivered in 3–5 business days.
• You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
• We currently ship to all 50 US states. We don't ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the US yet.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 3 business days, or the package shows delivered but you don't have it, email us at support@trykitchi.com and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, your choice.
