90-Day Trial & Returns

Cook with your Kitchi pan for 90 days. If it isn't earning its spot on your stove, send it back for a full refund — even if you've used it.

How it works

• Your 90 days start the day your order is delivered.
• Email us at support@trykitchi.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Return shipping inside the contiguous US is on us.
• Pack the pan in its original box if you still have it. If you don't, any sturdy box works.
• Once the return is scanned by the carrier, we issue your refund to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.

Changed your mind before it ships?

Email us and we'll cancel your order and refund you in full — no fees.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.

What isn't covered

• Returns requested after the 90-day trial (see our 10-Year Limited Warranty for manufacturing defects).
• Gift cards.
• One trial per household per product size.
